Electrical Helper/Laborer
Role Responsibilities
- Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
- Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
- Digging, trenching, Installing conduit, and pulling wire
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes Qualifications
Role Qualifications
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to maintain and operate motor vehicle
- Perform daily inspections of vehicles and equipment
- Able to climb, stoop, kneel, squat
- Maintain truck in orderly fashion
Experienced Electrician
Role Responsibilities
- Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
- Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Role Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in electrical trade
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, manuals, electrical equiptment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Clean driving record
- Equipment Operating prefered
- Willing to travel a plus
Equipment Operator
Role Responsibilities
- Mount units by stepping up and down ranging on multiple steps 9" to 19" in height
- Load and unload cargo and move them to the appropriate storage area
- Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment
- Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs when necessary
- Daily Inspection reports
Role Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with heavy machinery
- Knows how to operate a mini-excavator and a skid steer
- Flexibility is required to sit properly to operate in the correct manner
- High school education or equivalent
- Able to use minor tools and grease guns to maintain equipment / able to read a blueprint or stake markers
- Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards
- Strong work ethic and ability to lift 50+ pounds
Project Manager
Role Responsibilities
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop full scale project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and budget
- Assemble and coordinate project staff and provide team direction
- Negotiate and resolve issues related to Change Orders, Requests for Information, and Contract Scope of Work in a timely manner
- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Manage project budget and participate in monthly review meetings
Role Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience with large commercial or site development projects valued at or above $300k
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to manage/run multiple projects as required
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional computer skills
- Journeyman or Master Electrician's license a plus
- Underground utility experience a plus
Electrical Superintendent
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to understand the scope of the project
- Manage the budget
- Oversee vendor management and material sourcing
- Monitor onsite safety and OSHA requirements
- Ensure the crews progress efficiently to meet deadlines Electrical Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications
Role Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial or large site development projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Equipment operating experience a plus
- Underground utility experience a plus
- Journeymen or Electrician license a plus
Electrical Estimator
Role Responsibilities
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop full scale project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and budget
- Assemble and coordinate project staff and provide team direction
- Manage project budget and participate in monthly review meetings
- Track and report on project performance to all stakeholders
- Proactively identify project risks and solutions
- Maintain rapport with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service and long-term relations
- Manage all closeout procedures including documentation, filing, record drawings, construction cost database input, follow-up marketing and team debriefing
- Drive division profitability through effective project execution
Role Qualifications
- 3 years minimum electrical field experience 1 years minimum as an estimator
- Ability to analyze and assess multiple data points, including blueprints, material costs, and timelines to deliver an accurate estimate on time and within budget
- High analytical and mathematical skills which require an electrical estimator to ensure that his/her calculations are accurate and correct to keep job profitable
- Sound organization and time management skills, as an electrical estimator needs to ensure that he/she submits project bids on time, with the ability to maintain composure when multiple projects occur at once
- Particular attention to detail, as an electrical estimator needs to be highly detail-oriented in order to note all the details of a blueprint
Electrical Service Manager
Role Responsibilities
- Serves as technical support and quality assurance of all field personnel.
- Must be able to effectively work with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
- Ensure quality work is completed in the field.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick , accurate repairs, and installation.
- Oversee daily Service and Installation schedules.
- Facilitate weekly safety/training meetings.
- Evaluates workload and schedules service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits.
- Resolves customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Role Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years electrical
- Proven success in managing/leading a team in a business environment. Min 3 years.
- Successful history of building teams with direct responsibility for hiring/terminating employees.
- Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Technical aptitude with knowledge of local codes.
- Clean, safe driving record.
On Site and Mobile Diesel Mechanic
Role Responsibilities
- Open and Close repair orders on company issued iPad
- Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck
- Repair/Replace vehicle components
- Perform repairs and inspections on variety of Class 6-8 trucks, such as brakes, tires, wiring etc
- Accurately complete DOT forms and all other forms of documentation in timely fashion
- Perform basic and routine preventative maintenance on vehicles, along with DOT inspections
- Maintain a high level of productivity and be able to work within or close to most SRT times
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Maintain general upkeep/maintenance of MSC
- Inspect and perform work on the under parts of vehicles
- Performs other duties as required
- Access any area of the equipment or vehicle to perform necessary maintenance.
Role Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Communication Skills
- Must provide own hand tools that are adequate to perform job functions
- Proficient computer skills / software navigation capabilities to document repairs and use email
- CDL-A preferred but not required
- Experience with customer/client interaction in a dealership or garage setting
- 5+ years experience performing vehicle maintenance or must possess auto or diesel technology diploma from an accredited technical school
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Proven leadership skills and independent thinking
- Experience with light to heavy duty vehicles
- Must have valid Drivers License. Class C
- Proficient computer skills: knowledge of Excel, Word, Fleet Management Systems. and email.
